VaultNote is developed by Hammad Nawaz. This app is a private offline notes app designed to store notes locally on your device.


Data Collection


VaultNote does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personal data.


All notes, categories, favorites, pinned notes, theme settings, and PIN lock settings are stored locally on your device only.


No Backend or Account


VaultNote does not use:

- Login or user accounts

- Cloud sync

- Backend servers

- Analytics

- Advertising

- Tracking SDKs


Local Storage


Your notes are stored locally on your device using an offline local database. The app developer cannot access your notes.


PIN Lock


VaultNote includes a simple local PIN lock for learning and basic privacy purposes. The PIN is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to any server.


Permissions


VaultNote does not request sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or phone access.


Children’s Privacy


VaultNote does not knowingly collect data from children or any other users.


Data Deletion


You can delete individual notes inside the app. You can also use the clear all notes option in settings to remove all notes stored by the app.


Changes to This Policy


This privacy policy may be updated if VaultNote’s features change. Any updates will be reflected in the latest version of this policy.
